As of 08/28/24- Harold Timmerman, Lincoln County Emergency Management Coordinator gave the following information for Immediate Release!
Individual Assistance (DSA) personnel will be going door to door throughout Lincoln County, including cities and rural areas affected by The June Flood event.
Their mission will be to help residents who have not already registered for assistance through FEMA's website to get help. The earlier link to get help was only to capture damage amounts prior to the declaration. The prior registration will be used to gain addresses of residents.
When FEMA personnel come to your door, always have them show their FEMA Identification Badge. They will also be wearing FEMA Attire. Should you not be at home, they will leave a flyer with contact information.
FEMA Personnel plan to begin contacting residents on August 29th. They will be able to answer questions as needed. If you have not been contacted in the next week to ten days, call 1-800-621-3362
