Employee Spotlight: Will👮♂️
Will has been with the City of Lennox since 2012. He started his career in Minnesota in 2006, then moved back to this area to be closer to family. After a short time working in Centerville, he joined the Lennox team—and says he wasn’t looking for just a job, he was looking for a home. He found that here in Lennox.
Will has been married to his wife for 25 years. They have three children and five grandchildren who bring them lots of joy.
One piece of advice that stuck with Will came from his grandfather: “If you find a job you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.” That mindset has guided him throughout his career.
Will says he’s thankful for the many wonderful people he’s met in Lennox and is proud to call this community home.
Thank you, Will, for your years of service and dedication!
